Just a wonderful place to sit and watch the world walk by — summer or winter. It’s an oasis of green in the middle of midtown Manhattan. Right behind the New York Public Library, it sports a seemingly endless quantity of little dark green cafe tables and chairs and interesting people to sit in them.
