Painting Venice
I decided that I was going to just paint something — no drawing at all. Just mix the colors, fill the brush and go. So I did... and it's terrifying. But it’s also full of life and texture and light. I could feel the reflected light and warmth from this bright yellow facade even in October. I love how the painting still feels that way now.
